Little miss Casey Ray

Cute Story...Casey is my friends daughter who is a year and a half older than Trevor. This was their first real time to meet since he has become mobile. She was really shy, but they still played. So the next week I get a call from Kristina (Casey's mom) telling me that Casey had named her new babydoll Trevor. When Kristina told her it was time to go to school and to put her baby down, she responded by saying "No mommy the babies name is Trevor and we have to put him in his car seat"! She is 2 and she says things like that. Kids are so cute. So now every where they go, Trevor goes. He even has his own special car seat and stroller:). Just a side note to make things funny, her baby doll is a girl and wears purple!

Cho-Co-Lat-E

This picture was just too cute to pass up. Last week I was making my dad's birthday cake(chocolate fudge moose cake with a creamy chocolate pudding filling and double chocolate fudge icing) and Julianne(my sisters' future step daughter as of next Friday) tore into one of the mixer spinner things and this was the result. It must have been really flipping good!

Trevor Adventure

So on a normal day now, I spend a lot of time at the table working on business stuff and Trev is always crawling under my feet and trying to climb up the table. Only this time he found himself in quite a predicament.

Hurricane Baby

It is pretty crazy that the last huge hurricane took place before I was 1 year old which just so happens to be the case with Trevor. I thought I would take some pictures to capture the fun we had in the blazing heat since we had no power!To keep Trev cool since he was miserable, we let him play in the bath tub on the kitchen floor. Trust me, if I could have got away with it I would have done the same thing:) We also let him run around in a diaper the whole time so he could stay a little cooler. Oh what fun it is to live close to the coast. Fortunately a cool front pushed through so we did not have to deal with the heat for long.

I am going to brag about my friend Kristy for a moment. I knew she was way intelligent, but goodness she can pick up a talent in a heart beat! She became interested in photography and I thought she had already taken classes, but she hasn't! Her pictures are amazing. This is just one picture that she took of my sweet Trevor and I love it. It is way better than the studio pictures. Kristy you are awesome at everything you do!
